Once your order is placed and your custom illustration is created, sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strive to ensure that each illustration is created with the utmost care and attention to detail, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

In the rare event that your printed illustration arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at info@pinupstyleportraits.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and images of the damaged or defective item(s), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
